With over 7 years of experience in high-rise property management throughout South Florida, Elizabeth Garay brings a strong background in operations, organization, and client relations to Equity Property Solutions Corp. As a Lead Administrator in the property management industry, she has managed association budgets, coordinated employees and vendors, and assisted in overseeing residential and commercial property improvement projects from planning to completion.
In addition to her property management experience, Elizabeth has over 10 years of professional marketing and branding experience as a successful business owner and photographer. Her expertise in communication, branding, client experience, and business development plays a key role in the company’s growth and vision.
As Chief Operating Officer of Equity Property Solutions Corp, Elizabeth oversees daily operations, client relations, project coordination, and company development while ensuring every client receives professional service built on integrity, transparency, and strong relationships.
